Looking for hands on experience outside the classroom? Looking for a different type of workshop?
Mark Basel Photography will be hosting a Boudoir/Lingerie photoshoot with professional makeup/hair stylist Jay’d Hagberg, wardrobe stylist/creative director Yuli Xenexai and 2 professional models on Sunday November 5th 2017.
Gain awesome tips on wardrobe styling, hair and makeup, posing and more. Best of all we will be doing lots of shooting so everyone will have some awesome images for their portfolio.
Yuli will share her vast experience creating stunning looks for magazines and runways. She will give you tips and concepts for creating an awesome wardrobe for lingerie and boudoir along with general styling and posing ideas.
Jay'd has a passion for high fashion and has years of experience working in bridal, fashion, runway and more. He will also share his experience and give you ideas on how great makeup enhances the shoot.
Our goal is to give photographers at all levels an opportunity to shoot a fully styled Boudoir/Lingerie photoshoot with a professional team of models, wardrobe stylist & hair/makeup artist. We want you to have fun, learn new information, gain new understanding and leave with some amazing images for your portfolio!
When: Join us Sunday November 5th from 2pm - 6pm
Where: 1224 Quincy Ave NE Minneapolis, MN 55413 in Studio 240.
What will be included:
- 2 professional models in lingerie.
- 2 Sets/Concepts
- 3 Wardrobe looks styled by Yuli Xenexai
- 2 Full hair & makeup looks by Jay'd Hagberg
-Fully equipped studio with Multiple strobes, umbrellas, soft boxes, grids, reflectors, multiple backdrop options.
-Snacks, water, coffee and tea provided.
2pm - 2:20pm - Welcome, meet and greet
2:20pm-3pm - Lingerie and boudoir styling overview, tips and ideas
3pm - 6pm - Open shooting with models - Yuli, Jay’d and Mark will be available to help with posing, styling, makeup, lights, sets etc.
6pm - 7pm - Post shoot Q&A and social hour
